Cancellation before dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. As per Saras Equipments return policy, all payments will be refunded if you cancel the order before a Dispatch Attempt. We will attempt to contact you before dispatching the product, and any cancellations made after this call will not be accepted.

Cancellation at the time of delivery: If the product has a defect at the time of delivery, you can return it. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you. However, cancellations cannot be accepted if there is no damage or manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.

Order delivery and cancellation: Once the product is delivered to you, we cannot accept any cancellation or replacement requests. However, the product will still be covered under the applicable warranty.

Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking): The order amount will be refunded to your card or net-banking account. The initiation process takes 1-2 business days, and the amount may take approximately 5-7 business days to reflect in your card/net-banking account.

Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking): If you paid for your order using money on delivery and requested a refund, we will require your bank account details and a copy of a canceled cheque. We will then process a bank transfer credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
