Wire Anemometer for Crane is a mechanical rotating wind speed sensor designed for accurate and reliable wind monitoring in crane safety applications. Advanced digital circuitry with strong resistance to RFI and EMI interference, along with automatic temperature compensation, is integrated within the sensor to ensure stable performance under varying environmental conditions.

The sensor outputs voltage and current signals through electromagnetic induction. The measured value maintains a linear relationship with horizontal wind speed, providing precise and dependable wind speed data for crane operation and safety systems.

All external parts of the sensor are manufactured from high-quality alloy material and finished with surface powder coating, making the unit waterproof and corrosion-resistant. High-grade sealing rings are installed at internal and rotating positions to prevent the ingress of water, salt fog, and dust.

The SARAS-A02 Wind Speed Sensor is equipped with an inbuilt electronic automatic heating system. When the ambient temperature drops below 0°C, the heating system activates automatically to melt ice and prevent freezing of external rotating components, ensuring uninterrupted operation even in extreme cold conditions.
